LIVE ABOVE YOUR FEELINGS

Psalm 42:5 KJV
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

Our emotions can control the way we do things; the way we move, the way we talk and predominantly everything about us. At one time, we radiate and in the next few seconds it is a complete shadow of our very self. We lose control as our emotion suddenly takes over while we helplessly allow it shape our whole being; losing grip of our roles as we respond according to the impulse of our feelings.

It’s time we choose between building our lives around our emotions or doing same according to what God says concerning us. Self pity can never bring quietness of mind, but the still voice of God, either directly or through His Word, will. 1John.3.20 says, “even if our hearts condemn us. God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything”   He is greater than your feelings. Common, Arise and shine for you will soon praise Him.
